On joining the Streatham Society members are asked to provide their name and address (and optionally an email address)
Name and Adresses are used only to post our quarterly Streatham Society News journal, which includes any membership correspondence.
Notifications of meetings, events and other notifications will be sent by email
The provision of phone numbers and email addresses is optional.
Postal addresses, phone numbers and email addresses are kept on a (secure) database.
Members confirm their details annually on payment of their subscription.
Phone numbers and email addresses can be deleted on request, but we need your address to post the journal.
The name, address and email databases are held and accessed only by the Membership Secretary and Secretary
Members of the Executive Committee may be given contact details for Society business .
No other database access is given.
