Ernest Gladstone Allen died On This Day 13 October 1964. He was a famous architect and town planner, becoming the Town Planning Institute (TPI) President in 1936 - 1937. Ernest Allen was elected a Fellow of the RIBA proposed by J M Andrew, E L Lutyens, W C Green
