Master mariner and nautical author

​Oswald Martin Watts a master mariner and nautical author died On This Day 1 November at home 25 Ederline Ave Norbury SW16. He founded the ship chandlers and yacht brokeridge. He was a commodore of the City Livery Yacht Club
Born in Streatham he is living at 286 Leigham Court Road in the 1930s
