"Mrs Godfrey Tearle at the Streatham Hill Theatre in "The Flashing Stream" in the Bystander On This Day 19 July 1939. Her maiden name is Barbara Palmer a RADA trained actor who was the daughter of the chairman of Huntley and Palmer.
