Serge was the last remaining member of the troupe. Active until almost the end (he had been treasurer and life president of the Entertainment Artists Benevolent Fund and a popular member of the Grand Order of Water Rats)
The Ganjou Brothers and Juanita were a popular Variety act based in Britain between 1930 and the 1950s. They performed an adagio act, with the three men throwing and catching the woman in a graceful and acrobatic manner, and were regarded as the pre-eminent act of their type.
Decribed as "The World's Greatest Variety Act"
The memorial to The Ganjou Brothers and Juanita is on the outside wall of the crematorium on the side nearest to the war memorial.
