Terrifying naval engineer who liked a pint and developed radar and torpedoes (The Times obituary)

Dr Elizabeth Killick was born 10 September 1924
Elizabeth Killick lived with her 2 sisters Winifred and Olive and parents George Wellstead Killick and Winifred Rose Killick at 51 Woodbourne Avenue.

Elizabeth Audrey Killick was born 10 September 1924. She was a British Naval Electronics Engineer who worked on weapons systems at the MoD and she became the first women elected a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering.

She was a pupil at Streatham and Clapham HS and St Andrew's University (Elizabeth Killick, front row, third from left, at St Andrews University in 1951 in the photo below)
