I used to live in Bellasis Avenue S.W.2 lovely living there could play in the street with lots of other children.Lived there1946 until I married in 1967 mum and dad stayed until they were pulled down about1971.

I used to live in this one the corner in the mid 60's.
I went to Richard Atkins Primary School (New Park Road), then to Tulse Hill Comprehensive (Upper Tulse Hill) and Norwood Technical College.
Although my parents decorated it really nicely, I remember that it was very cold in the Winter (internal humidity froze on the window frames) and like a Greenhouse in the Summer (we used to hose the roof down to cool it off). It had nice sized front and rear gardens that my brother used to play in. Fond memories.
